SORT-OUT
Everything out, by category. You see exactly what you own — probably including a few things you bought twice because the first one was buried.
GARAGE ORGANIZATION DENVER
The average garage holds everything except the car. We clear the floor, zone what's left and build storage that matches how you use the space — parking, workshop, gear, or all three.
GARAGE & BASEMENT RECLAIM
Garages and basements don't fill up all at once. They fill up one 'just put it there for now' at a time — paint cans, broken gear, the treadmill era, boxes from the last move that never got opened. Eventually the floor disappears, and so does any chance of finding anything.
We treat the garage like the working space it is. Everything comes out by category, you decide what earns its place, and we build zones around how the space is actually used: parking and clearance first, then tools, seasonal storage, sports gear and household overflow. Heavy-use items stay reachable; once-a-year items go high, deep or out.
Same approach below grade: basements get sorted into honest categories with labeled, findable storage instead of a cardboard archaeology project. When we're done, donations and haul-away leave the same day — including drop-off at our donation partner, Gone For Good in Denver.

RECENT WORK
No showroom fantasy — just a working space that works.
This Elizabeth garage went from wall-to-wall overflow to zoned, labeled storage with the floor back. It's the same treatment we bring to garages and basements across Denver and the South Metro, and the same crew can do yours in a day.
SEE BEFORE & AFTERSHOW IT WORKS
Garage work follows the same Temptation Transformation™ as every project — Discover, Declutter, Design, Transform, Remove, Reveal, Maintain — with a contractor's eye for how a working space should run:
Everything out, by category. You see exactly what you own — probably including a few things you bought twice because the first one was buried.
Parking lines, work zones and storage walls mapped to your vehicles, tools and gear. Bins labeled, heavy stuff low, seasonal stuff high.
Donations dropped off, discards hauled, floor swept. You get the reveal photos — and a garage you can pull into tonight.

COMMON QUESTIONS
We do. A real reclaim means emptying by category so decisions are honest and the floor plan can change. We do the lifting and staging — the driveway becomes the sort floor for the day, and everything kept goes back into a zone, not a pile.
Yes — that's our background. The owner is a contractor, so workbenches, tool storage and hardware get zoned the way a working shop needs them: visible, reachable and sorted by job, not dumped in a tote.
We set them aside safely during the sort and consolidate what's still good and legal to store. Items that need household-hazardous-waste disposal get flagged and staged for your county drop-off — we don't haul hazmat, but you'll be ready for one trip.
We set up and organize the storage you have, and we can assemble freestanding shelving and bins as part of the project. For built-ins or wall-mounted systems, we'll tell you plainly what's worth buying before you spend anything.
Sessions are $150/hr, with a 4-hour block at $550 and a full 8-hour day at $900. Most two-car garages land in the 8-hour range. Your consultation is free, and you'll know the plan and price before we start.
